The Hong Kong Financial Resource Exchange Conference “Dialogue with CEOs” – Tax Edition, jointly organised by the HKFA Global Family Office Association and the Hong Kong Fiduciary Association Limited, was successfully held in Hong Kong.
At the event, Crystal Liu, a partner of PwC China, analysed CRS trends and the key changes introduced by “Announcement No. 21, 2026”.
Mr. Keith Chan, Business Development Director of Inheritance Asset Management Limited, shared insights into the practical value of OFC fund vehicles in terms of fundraising arrangements, governance structures and compliance requirements.
Mr. Alan Xu, President of Hong Kong Fiduciary Association Limited in Greater China, also participated in the interactive discussion, further expanding the dialogue on cross-border wealth management and inheritance planning.

Organised by the Hong Kong Fiduciary Association Limited and supported by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR Government) and multiple institutions, the event brought together over 300 industry professionals from around the world to explore Hong Kong’s development opportunities as an international wealth management and family office hub, with dynamic discussions throughout the day.
